Terms of service

Using Adotopia means accepting these terms. Adotopia is operated by DevSapience Technology Solutions. If you are using it for an organisation, you confirm you may accept on its behalf.

One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at support@devsapience.com if you think somebody else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your material, analyse it, and send it to the AI providers that generate your advertisement.

You must hold the rights to what you upload. Uploading a film you do not own the rights to is your responsibility, not ours. Do not upload anything unlawful, anything that infringes somebody else's rights, or a photograph of a person who has not agreed to it.

The advertisements you generate are yours to use, including commercially. We claim no ownership over them.

Generated output is produced by AI models and is not guaranteed to be unique, accurate or fit for any particular purpose. Check it before you publish it. The characters are written to be original and copyright-safe rather than copies of anyone in your source, but you remain responsible for what you publish.

• Credits are prepaid and spent as you generate. One credit is one US cent of usage.
• Pricing and billing currency follow the country registered on your account. The price of a job is always shown before you start it.
• You are billed for what a run actually uses, which may differ slightly from the prediction.
• Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred between accounts, and have no cash value.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and their terms apply to the transaction.

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, to the original payment method. Credits already spent on generated output are not refundable, because the provider cost has already been incurred.

If a render fails through a fault on our side, tell us at support@devsapience.com and we will restore the credits it consumed.

Do not use Adotopia to produce:

• Advertising that is unlawful, deceptive or designed to defraud.
• Material depicting a real, identifiable person without their agreement.
• Content that is sexual, violent, hateful, or aimed at children.
• Anything infringing somebody else's copyright or trade marks.

We may suspend an account that does, and refund any unspent credits on it.

The service depends on AI providers we do not control. We aim to keep it running and to fall back to a second provider when one is unavailable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or withdraw features.

Adotopia is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect loss.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Close your account whenever you like by writing to support@devsapience.com. We may end an account that breaks these terms. Unspent credits are refunded unless the account was closed for abuse.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
