Privacy policy

Adotopia turns a video, an audio track, a script or a topic into an advertisement. Doing that means handling what you upload and a small amount of information about you. This page says exactly what is kept, for how long, and who else sees it.

• Your account. Username, email address, full name, the country you chose and your date of birth. Date of birth is held only to check you are old enough to use the service, and is never shared. If you set a password we store only a bcrypt hash of it, never the password itself.
• If you sign in with Google. Your Google account identifier, email address and name, taken from the signed token Google gives the browser. We ask Google for nothing beyond your basic profile, and we never receive your Google password.
• Your credit balance. Every top-up, voucher and charge, so a balance can always be explained.

• What you upload as context. A video, audio track or script file is stored on our server so it can be analysed and so an advertisement can be spliced into it later.
• The analysis. Scene text, an emotional reading of each scene and a numerical vector describing it, which is what finds the right moment.
• Scripts and rendered videos produced for you.
• Reference photos are not stored. A photo you attach to a character is sent to a vision model, which returns a written description. The photo is never written to our disk or database, never appears in a rendered video, and is discarded once the description comes back.

Generating an advertisement means sending your material to the AI provider you selected. What is sent is the text of your source, the descriptions being worked on, and the prompts built from them.

• Model providers — OpenRouter, DeepSeek, OpenAI, xAI, Mistral, Google, Moonshot and NanoGPT, depending on which model you pick.
• Dodo Payments handles payment as merchant of record. Card details go to them and never reach our server. We receive only the fact that a payment succeeded and its amount.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with it.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your uploads to train any model of our own.

Your account and its work stay until you delete them. Delete an item in the app and it goes. Ask us to close your account and we remove the account, its uploads, its analysis, its rendered videos and its credit history, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Sessions use signed tokens that expire. API keys and database credentials live only on the server, readable by nobody but the account that runs the service. Payment card details never touch our infrastructure at all.

No system is perfect. If you find a problem, write to support@devsapience.com and we would rather hear it from you than from somebody else.

• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Have your account and its contents deleted.
• Revoke Adotopia's access from your Google account settings at any time.

Adotopia is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly hold their data.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and we tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
